From the moment I saw the ad for Fernando's, I just had a good feeling. Yes, money wise they are the best value, but it was more than that. It's hard to explain, but I just felt that I was dealing with a company that cares. Moving East to West was fraught with problems due to the floods. Tony Fernando and his team kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Tony managed to perform miracle after miracle all along the way, from putting our container into safe storage until the rail system re-opened, to securing a booking on the rail. We couldn't be happier. To anyone reading this review, I cannot recommend Tony and his team at Fernando's highly enough. Save yourself a lot of time and go with Fernando's! I had a lot of quotes for our interstate move and Tony's quote was not just the best but he also had taken the time to check out the two properties and knew exactly the size, location, and any unforeseen problems we could encounter with having a container left on the driveways, he then came back with options and what we needed to do, I had emailed him many times with questions and concerns and he always replied so quickly putting my mind to rest, he was absolutely amazing and took all the stress away.The guys who dropped off/removed the container were polite and helpful and so careful.When it arrived at our destination right on when it was arranged, Tony had organized for two of his guys to help us unload, which was fantastic, the guys were so careful with our belonging and were such lovely respectful guys.I cannot express how happy I am with the whole start-to-finish process of this business and if we move again, I would 100% use and recommend Fernando's.

We used Fernando’s to relocate from Melbourne to Perth.We were quoted a great price and our container was delivered in the stipulated timeframe.Tony and his team were helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We have recently used 40 feet container for our move from Perth to Brisbane. The container was delivered and picked up exactly when it was agreed, brand new, at both locations. Also 2 removalists that helped us pack the container were excellent. The truck driver in Brisbane had to navigate wavy streets and parked cars and that was not easy. I can only say Big Thank You Tony! You and your team are great! We appreciate your help and will certainly recommend your service!

I found Fernando’s to be the cheapest and most transparent regarding costs and operations. Tony and his team were very pleasant. The service is incredibly fast and I recommend paying for the guys to unload the container.
