He was very rude, got the job done so points on that, credit where its due . I even heard him on the phone to a customer and was shocked he would even talk to some one like that! Let alone a paying customer. he also wasn't factual about the brand of pool table I brought, its a good pool table anyway but facts don't go astray, all in all very rude, but got the job done probably would be 3 stars if he wasn't rude.

What a fantastic service is offered. Jon proffessionally picked up and deliver our pool table with the utmost care. A knowledgeable man who is great at his trade. Offered great tips and advice as well. Definitely recommend him and will use him in the future .

Terrible online communication, was rude in real life and doesn't know customer service at all.Was the cheapest and got the job done so points for that.

I would not waste my time employing this company. Absolutely rude with a lack of customer service. Has no idea who to talk to customers and bites at general questions (warranted when you are trying to find a company to handle expensive belongings). Not impressed at all.

Had a 8ft ball return table moved on the 16th. Very professional and has great knowledge on moving tables. Would highly recommend!

John was available at short notice to move a pool table for me. The move was carried out professionally with excellent attention to detail at the installation end where the table was levelled to perfection.
